MarkLuma 无需注册账号。开发者不运营用于上传照片、视频、项目或使用记录的 MarkLuma 后端，也不在应用中集成广告、跨应用追踪或第三方分析 SDK。
设备上的数据
您拍摄或导入的照片与视频、水印模板、项目名称、备注和应用内作品索引默认保存在您的设备上。只有当您主动选择保存或分享时，内容才会被写入系统“照片”或发送到您选择的其他应用或服务；这些接收方的隐私政策适用。
权限与可选数据
相机用于拍照，麦克风用于您选择录制的视频声音，照片权限用于导入或保存作品。定位权限仅在您使用地点、坐标或天气字段时请求。您可以拒绝或在系统设置中撤回权限，并继续使用不依赖该权限的功能。
位置、地址与天气
启用相关字段时，iOS 定位服务会提供设备位置。地址解析由 Apple 的系统地理编码服务处理。为显示当前天气，应用会把纬度、经度和温度单位发送到 Open-Meteo 的天气接口；网络请求也会向服务提供商暴露常规连接信息（例如 IP 地址）。MarkLuma 不把该请求复制到开发者服务器。请参阅 Apple 和 Open-Meteo 各自的隐私政策了解其处理方式。
保存、删除与安全
应用内作品和设置会保留在设备上，直到您在应用中删除、清除应用数据或卸载应用。删除应用内作品不一定删除已保存到系统“照片”的副本；请在“照片”中单独删除。互联网传输使用 HTTPS，但任何传输均无法保证绝对安全。
儿童、变更与联系

MarkLuma does not require an account. The developer does not operate a MarkLuma backend for uploading your photos, videos, projects, or usage history. The app does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Data on your device
Photos and videos you capture or import, watermark templates, project names, notes, and the in-app library index are stored on your device by default. Content is written to Apple Photos or sent to another app or service only when you choose to save or share it. The recipient's privacy policy then applies.
Permissions and optional data
The camera is used to take photos, the microphone records sound in videos you choose to make, and Photos access imports or saves media. Location access is requested only when you use location, coordinate, or weather fields. You can deny or revoke permissions and continue using features that do not need them.
Location, address, and weather
When related fields are enabled, iOS Location Services provides the device location. Address lookup is processed through Apple's system geocoding service. To show current weather, the app sends latitude, longitude, and temperature unit to the Open-Meteo weather API. Normal connection information, such as an IP address, is also visible to the service provider. MarkLuma does not copy this request to a developer-operated server. Retention, deletion, and security
In-app items and settings remain on the device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Deleting an in-app item may not delete a copy previously saved to Apple Photos; remove that copy separately in Photos. Internet requests use HTTPS, but no transmission method is completely secure.
Children, changes, and contact
MarkLuma is a general-audience app and is not designed to collect children's personal information. If this policy changes materially, the effective date on this page will be updated. For privacy questions, email 95432531@qq.com.
